TŌPŪ: INDIGENOUS WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP

A Trans-Tasman program created for Indigenous women by Indigenous women. Delivered over 19-weeks through in-person weekends, virtual group sessions and individual coaching sessions. Tōpū builds reflective, culturally informed leadership capability that translates confidently into real-world decision-making, influence and responsibility. 

The Realm of Potential. 

It is the space before form, where opportunity exists without limitation. Within Tōpū, this phase invites participants to pause and consider what is possible for their leadership. During the phase of Te Kore we focus on expanding awareness, reconnecting with intention and recognising the potential that exists before action is taken.

The Realm of Becoming.

This is where awareness deepens and form begins to take shape, where what is emerging becomes more tangible. We use this space to explore who we are as leaders beyond roles, expectations and external definitions of success. Te Pō focuses on strengthening identity, values and self-awareness as the foundations for leadership.

The Realm of Understanding.

A place where clarity and insight begin to emerge, where understanding sharpens and perspective expands. Participants strengthen how they think, make decisions and show up in their leadership. Te Ao Mārama focuses on developing insight that informs confident, grounded and intentional leadership practice. 

Leadership in Motion.

Reflecting the dynamic and changing environments that leaders move within, and the complexity they are required to navigate. In Tōpū, this phase supports participants to lead through complexity, difference and change. Te Ao Hurihuri centres on strengthening relational capability, decision-making and intentional action.

Sustaining Leadership.

An opportunity to reflect continuity, responsibility and what is carried forward over time. Participants will experience how to lead in ways that are consistent, intentional and enduring. Te Ahikā concentrates on strengthening leadership that is maintained across time, relationships and responsibility.
