Our services are collaborative and guided by Indigenous perspectives that respect each person’s unique strengths and context. Meeting individual needs is essential for success. For us, every person is creative, resourceful, and whole.
In a safe and supportive space, we help individuals build awareness, clarify goals, and take meaningful action. The success and clarity gained can inspire not only personal growth but also motivate those around them to take action.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Services are tailored to honour each person’s unique journey and preferences. We offer a space free of judgment, where commitment lives and meaningful engagement guides the process.

For me, connection is innate. Something I carry within me. Woven into my being. Most importantly, my connections to whānau (family), to whenua (land), te taiao (environment) and to tāngata (people). These connections ground me, guide me, and remind me of what truly matters. They shape the way I move through the world and the way I show up for others - reminding me to lead with authenticity, to listen with respect, and to respond with kindness.
EXPERIENCE
I am an Associate Accredited Coach through the International Coaching Federation, having completed my certification as an Indigenous Coach with Rise Global. I provide online coaching services to clients across Aotearoa New Zealand and Te Whenua Moemoeā Australia, working with the public sector, private sector, community organisations, and the disability sector. I also co-facilitate Tahi, the first International Coaching Federation accredited Indigenous Coach Training Programme, delivered online to a global cohort.
My practice is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to realign with their own strengths and values. I bring together professional training, Indigenous frameworks, and lived experience to create spaces where people feel safe, respected, and empowered. I am currently completing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment through Central Queensland University, building on over a decade of experience in the Queensland public sector specialising in criminal law.
This background gives me a unique perspective on leadership, resilience, and navigating complex systems, which I now bring into my coaching and facilitation work.

At the core of who I am, are my tīpuna, my ancestors and my cultural identity in being a fierce Wahine Māori. I acknowledge and breathe life into my purpose and my quest which is to serve my people - Tangata Whenua, Tangata Tiriti and everyone in between. The most important mātāpono that drives me is whakawhanaungatanga – the process of establishing and building relationships.
EXPERIENCE
I focus on helping organisations to build authentic inclusive environments where it is safe for people to engage with Te Ao Māori, break down barriers and fears so they see the true value in weaving together our combined cultural superpowers. Cultural transformation is the future of all organisations, unleashing and empowering all people of Aotearoa New Zealand. As an L&D/OD, HR Generalist and Indigenous Strategy professional for over 18 years I am driven by strong thought leadership and I’m in the business of adding value at a strategic and tangible level. My mission is to connect and translate strategic plans and organisational direction to people so that they understand how and why they do what they do. Building strong relationships and providing trusted advice is also a part of how I do things. I am also an Indigenous Coach/Mentor and keynote speaker, I focus on helping organisations build authentic inclusive environments where it is safe for people to engage with Indigenous spaces, break down barriers and fears so they see the true value in weaving together our combined cultural superpowers. Cultural transformation is the future of all organisations, unleashing and empowering all people.
