Sessions are conducted in a collaborative style incorporating an indigenous approach. Addressing these needs is instrumental in an individuals success. A fundamental aspect of the approach utilised is that each individual is acknowledged as being creative, resourceful and whole.
Through creating and cultivating awareness in a safe and supportive space, individuals are able to identify goals and initiate action to achieve these goals. The success and clarity experienced in these sessions can motivate not only the individual, but those around them. Inspiring others to take action.
Acknowledging that each individual is unique, the duration of the relationship and the frequency of sessions are personalised. There is no generic response. This is not a one size fits all situation. There is no judgment. The expectations of the individual are to attend scheduled sessions and meaningfully engage during those sessions.
